Terms & conditions:

- The receipt sent via email is the confirmation of registration for the workshop.

- No other emails or reminders will be sent regarding the workshop.

- All payments are non-refundable unless cancellation is communicated via email to info@theworkshopdubai.com. Cancellation will follow the policy outlined below:

1. Cancel before 96 hours: 100% refund (excluding VAT).
2. Cancel before 72 hours: 50% refund (excluding VAT).
3. Cancel before 48 hours: 25% refund (excluding VAT).
4. No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours

- Phone calls WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for cancelation.

- Rescheduling of the class must be arranged at least 48 hours before the intended date. The rescheduled workshop should be of equal or greater value than the original workshop.

- Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins.

- Punctuality is necessary to ensure that the timeline of the workshop is followed, and goals are met.

- Once 15 minutes have passed, non-present participants will be marked as "no-show". In such cases, the workshop will be considered "used", with no option for rescheduling it.

Please note: A minimum of two participants is required for the workshop to take place. If fewer than two participants are registered, we will notify the participant 48 hours before the workshop to offer rescheduling or a refund.
